St. Mary's is an Episcopal church in the City of Reading, PA, whose members come from all areas of the community and from all walks of life.  We welcome everyone.

We are a small parish which seriously seeks to acknowledge our responsibilities to one another, the church, and the greater community.  We understand this to mean faithful public worship, according to The Book of Common Prayer, as well as reaching out to include all who seek God or a deeper knowledge of God.  We are a "Welcoming and Affirming Church."  The form of our coming together is in the Holy Eucharist, the sacrament instituted by Jesus as a special sign of His living presence among His people.

The Episcopal Church in the United States is part of the world-wide Anglican Communion.  Through the centuries, the Episcopal Church has maintained a creative balance between Catholic traditions, Protestant reforms, and liberal understandings of the mission of the Church.

*When attending Noonday Prayer, please use the office entrance.
